Do you build homes designed by other architects?+
Yes. Build-only projects are a core part of our work. Your architect or designer stays engaged through construction, and we coordinate closely with them from plan review to handover.
What will it cost to build my plans?+
Our in-house estimating team prepares a detailed feasibility within 10% of your real build cost, in 48 hours, for any project — costed across every category of the build, not a per-square-metre guess.
Will you change our design?+
No. We may raise buildability questions or suggest detailing refinements, but every suggestion goes through you and your designer. The design intent is the brief.
What contract types do you offer for build-only work?+
Fixed Price where the documentation is well resolved, or Cost-Plus (open-book) where flexibility is needed. We explain both in a Contract Education Session before anything is signed.
Can you price plans that aren't fully documented yet?+
Yes. Early involvement means we can provide staged pricing guidance as your documentation develops — and flag cost impacts while your designer can still adjust.
Do you do build-only for high-performance or Passivhaus designs?+
Yes — it's a specialty. Our team includes certified Passive House tradespeople, so performance-critical detailing like airtightness and thermal continuity is executed the way your designer modelled it.
